Austin Tice has also been there for my team whenever we have asked him to help us with anything. You just know when you are working with such great people that the company will be great.
It is so important for us to understand that we do not just sell products; instead, we show people a unique business opportunity that can help them start living the life they have always wanted to live. The product is a strong tool for helping us build our businesses. My group has so many results and when they attend our meetings and webinars, they leave knowing that the products work because we use visual demonstrations that they will never forget.
I believe the compensation plan is unique because it is not only binary, but it is also unilevel due to the matching bonuses. The rank qualifications provide us with a blueprint of exactly what we need to do to be successful. I especially like the annual bonuses and other incentives like the Diamond trips to the best places in the world.
I love CieAura with all my heart and my goal is to build one of the biggest groups in the company and have the most leaders who are Black Diamonds. I want to duplicate the highest qualifications.
